Wine World Bar-B-Q

In our Wine World, Destin location, Bar-B-Q is done in the Southern tradition: moist, tender and delicious.  Wine World starts with hand picked USDA meats custom cut to specification,  massaged with Chef Geno’s dry rub , slowly hardwood smoked and finished with Knob Creek Bourbon Bar-b-q Sauce. Don’t worry if we temporarily run out of something. It’s coming off the smoker soon.
